Rape Prevention Course
This four hour course, for women only, is designed for the defense against a physical, deadly-force confrontation.
This course is a prerequisite for any Advanced Self Defense Program.

Advanced Women's Self Defense Program
Class 1. Physiology of fighting under stress: (2.5 hours)
In stress fighting with adrenalin dumps, a person’s blood rushes to the vital areas of the body.
Your hands and feet are NOT considered vital in the grand scheme of survival. Maybe the weather is below freezing and
you can’t feel your hands. Do you know all the other tools of your body to defend yourself?

Class 2. Fighting multiple assailants: (2.5 hours)
What is the Chaos Theory? What is the hardest number of people to fight? In most attacks or violent confrontations, unless you are skilled martial artist, and even sometimes martial artists are not exempt, the fight winds up being against multiple assailants. This class will help you gain the confidence of fighting more than one attacker.

Class 3. Ground Fighting: (2.5 hours)
Learn the physics behind reversing the situation of being pinned on the ground. You will learn how to take control from the bottom as well as learn how to transfer the same concepts of standing to the ground. The key is Asymmetrical fighting.

Class 4. Physiokinetics for tactical Edged Weapons Defense: (2.5 hours)
Learn the concepts of controlling your assailant with little to no strength. These tactics and concepts are simple and highly effective for equalizing the odds between their size and your strength.

Class 5. Disarming an Armed Attacker: (2.5 hours)
In this class, you will learn concepts and techniques around disarming assailants who may be using knives, sticks, guns, or any other object.

Class 6. Final Exam:
Full padded confrontation. Diffuse the situation or fight.

Confined Area Safety and Survival Tactics (CAST)Training: (6 hours)
How to defend yourself in tight spaces with limited room for mobility. Would you know how to defend yourself in a car, bus, plane, staircase, or elevator? Learn how to use these elements and make them an asset. Prerequisites for this course: Rape Prevention course or previous martial arts experience.

Lecture: Time Framing during a Physical Confrontation (2 hours)
Typically fights are won or lost in the "second time frame" due to simple mistakes. What is the second time frame? Sign up and learn. Prerequisites for this course: NONE

Lecture: Psychology of multiple attackers (2 hours)
How are victims chosen? Does the position of the attackers mean anything? Who should you go after first and why? Prerequisites for this course: NONE

Hands On/Lecture: How to make anything and all things a weapon (2 hours)
You’re in a room in your house or at your desk or maybe in your car. Can you find 5 or more items in less than 2 seconds that could be used as a lethal weapon to defend yourself? It’s about mindset and a different way of seeing everyday objects around you.

Hands on course: Key Chain Defense (2 hours)
In this class, you will learn how to create and tactically utilize your keys as a weapon for self defense. By the way, this not putting your keys between your knuckles. All you need to bring to this class is you.
